Üel Life ("we," "us," "our") operates uellife.com and connects patients with US-licensed healthcare providers and US-based compounding pharmacies. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information.
What we collect
Account information
Your name, email address, phone number, password, and shipping address.
Health information (PHI)
Medical history, current medications, allergies, weight, height, BMI, lab results, reproductive status, and any other clinical data you provide during your medical assessment. This information is protected under HIPAA.
Payment information
Payment card details are processed by Square. We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
Technical data
IP address, device type, browser, referring URLs, and pages visited — collected via cookies and analytics tools.
How we use your information
- To evaluate your eligibility for our weight loss programs through licensed clinicians
- To fulfill prescriptions through our partner compounding pharmacies
- To process payments and prevent fraud
- To communicate with you about your care, your orders, and updates to our services
- To improve our services, with PHI de-identified where possible
- To comply with legal obligations
How we share your information
We share information only as needed to provide your care:
- Licensed clinicians reviewing your assessment and providing care
- Partner compounding pharmacies to fulfill prescriptions
- Payment processor (Square) for billing and refunds
- Service providers under Business Associate Agreements (BAA), including IntakeQ, our hosting provider, and our email service
- Legal authorities when required by law
We never sell your personal information. We never share PHI for marketing purposes from third parties.
Your rights
You have the right to:
- Access your personal information and PHI
- Request corrections to inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your account (subject to medical record retention requirements — typically 7 years)
- Opt out of marketing emails (essential service emails continue while you have an active program)

Data security

Üel Life is not intended for individuals under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors.
