If you're not medically approved, you get a full refund. If you cancel before your medication ships, you get a refund minus a $99 consultation fee. After shipment, refunds are calculated based on the unshipped portion of your 3-month package.

If you're not approved
If our clinical team determines you are not a candidate for our weight loss programs, you receive a 100% refund of anything you've paid. No questions, no fees.
If you cancel before first shipment
If you've paid but your medication has not yet shipped, you may cancel and receive a full refund minus a $99 administrative and consultation fee to cover the clinical review already performed.
If you cancel after receiving medication
Refunds for partially-used programs are prorated based on:
- The full program price
- The number of months of medication already shipped
- A $99 administrative and consultation fee
You paid $759.99 for the 3-month Semaglutide program. After 1 month, you decide to cancel. We've shipped 1 month of medication.
Refund calculation: $759.99 − (1/3 × $759.99) − $99 = $759.99 − $253.33 − $99 = $407.66
You paid $959.99 for the 3-month Tirzepatide program. After 2 months, you decide to cancel. We've shipped 2 months of medication.
Refund calculation: $959.99 − (2/3 × $959.99) − $99 = $959.99 − $639.99 − $99 = $221.00
How to request a refund
Email info@uel.life with your account email and the reason for your refund. We respond within 2 business days.
Refund processing
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method via Square within 5–10 business days.
Non-refundable items
- Medications already shipped cannot be returned (FDA regulation prohibits return of prescription medications)
- Shipping fees for refills are non-refundable
